The French version is the only legally binding version.<br data-start=\"1503\" data-end=\"1506\" \/>A translation of the rental agreement and general terms and conditions can be provided upon request. In case of any discrepancy between a translation and the French text, only the French version shall prevail.<\/p>\n<h3>Booking Terms and Conditions<\/h3>\n<p>Ch\u00e2teau rental:<br \/>\nTo confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the rental fee is required. The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.<\/p>\n<p>The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. If cancellation occurs within 4 weeks of arrival or during the stay, the full rental fee is payable.<\/p>\n<p>Packages:<br \/>\nTo confirm your booking, we require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.<\/p>\n<p>The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. If cancellation occurs within 4 weeks of arrival or during the stay, the full price of the package is payable.<\/p>\n<p>Need more information?
